Why should I get a home inspection and what is the process?

The home buying process can be confusing and stressful. Not only do you need to consider things such as price and location, you also have to worry about whether the house itself has any problems that could become costly surprises down the road.

As a professional Home Inspector, it's our job to look for those problems for you.  The home inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house at the time of the inspection. It provides you a professional report on the condition of the physical structure and various systems within a house, giving you peace of mind on what is likely the largest purchase you'll ever make.

In order to prepare the report, an Inspector must conduct a visual inspection of the house. The inspection process typically one to three hours depending on the square footage of the home.

When the inspection is complete, you will be advised of any problems that were discovered. We will discuss solutions or needed actions to insure the home will meet today's standards along with routine maintenance that should be performed. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. We look forward to serving you in order to give you peace of mind with your real estate transaction.
